Terms of service
These terms are the current public product terms for Tellr. They describe how workspaces use the service, how billing and upgrades behave, what customers are responsible for when connecting data sources, and where Tellr draws the line on acceptable use.
Service scope
Tellr is a customer-intelligence SaaS that connects selected feedback sources, analyzes customer signal, generates reports and PRD-style outputs, and exposes workspace intelligence through MCP. Access is workspace-scoped, and features depend on the active plan and product availability at the time of use.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans use hosted checkout and subscription processing. Plan changes, renewals, discount handling, cancellation timing, and entitlement updates follow the active billing configuration associated with the workspace. If a billing event fails or a subscription expires, Tellr may move the workspace back to the applicable lower-access state.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accounts, inboxes, URLs, and MCP tokens they connect to Tellr. You should only connect data you are authorized to access, protect your account credentials, and rotate or revoke MCP tokens whenever access should end.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tellr to violate laws, abuse connected providers, scrape or process data you do not have rights to use, interfere with the platform, or attempt to gain cross-tenant or operator-only access. Tellr may suspend or restrict workspaces that create security, legal, or service-risk concerns.
AI and output boundaries
Tellr uses AI-assisted analysis and report generation. Outputs are meant to support product decisions, not replace your own review. Customers remain responsible for validating generated summaries, reports, and downstream decisions before relying on them in planning or execution.
