Privacy policy
This policy explains how Tellr handles customer and workspace data, including connected inbox data, Product Hunt data, AI processing, MCP token usage, and operator access. It is intended to give customers a clear product-level explanation of how data moves through the service.
What Tellr collects
Tellr stores the account and workspace details needed to operate the product, along with the source metadata, synced feedback, generated analyses, reports, audit events, and MCP token records required for workspace functionality and support.
Connected-source processing
When you connect Gmail or Product Hunt, Tellr processes source data to ingest relevant feedback into your workspace. OAuth credentials and related connection secrets are stored for service operation and should only be used for the workspace features you intentionally enable.
AI processing
Tellr may send selected workspace content to configured AI providers for classification, insight generation, and report creation. The product is designed to reduce unnecessary personal data exposure before model submission, but customers should still review their own data-handling requirements before using AI-powered features.
Access and protection
Tellr uses workspace-scoped access controls, server-side authorization, audit logging, and token management to reduce cross-tenant exposure. Platform operators may access limited customer data when required for support, billing operations, abuse prevention, or security response.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the workspace remains active, unless deletion, legal, billing, or operational requirements require a different handling window. Removing a source may not automatically remove previously imported feedback, because historical workspace records may still be part of reports, analysis, or audit history.
